Design Star Awards Program (DSAP)

The Design Star Awards Program (DSAP) is for Independent Design Centers that manufacture products and IPs using TowerJazz technologies. Enrolled design partners earn valuable points, according to their partnership level, for taping out a product or an IP design.

The TowerJazz Design Star Awards Program offers three levels of partnership: platinum, gold and silver. For each TowerJazz product or service ordered under this program, points are accrued and criteria are defined regarding participation at each level. The design partners can redeem their points against mask-sets, proto-lots, MPW or other engineering services.

Point Accrual and Redemption

	Silver	Gold	Platinum
Entry Criteria	Independent design house enrollment	1. Si verified design 2. Yearly 200 points	Designs that generate a total of $1M wafer revenue/year
Non-Production- Wafer-Points Accrual	1 point for every $1K non-production wafer revenue in TowerJazz in the calendar year in which they are credited
Production-Wafer-Points Accrual Limited to $4M per Product	Fabless model: 1 point for every $1500 Subcontractor model: 1 point for every $3000	Fabless model: 1 point for every $1000 Subcontractor model: 1 point for every $3000	Fabless model: 1 point for every $750 Subcontractor model: 1 point for every $2000
Additional Incentives	Added as a partner to TowerJazz website		Trusted with new technology platforms
Points Redemption	Points can be spent as “cash” against mask-sets, proto-lots, MPWs or other services (excluding production wafers). 1 point = $30

General Program Guidelines

• One account per partner organization.
• DSAP program points are calculated and credited to an enrolled partner’s account.
• The TowerJazz design center program offers three levels of partnership: platinum, gold and silver according to which incentives points are earned.
• Points credited depends on membership status and program conditions valid at the time of utilization of the service.
• There will be additional opportunities to earn more points.
