TowerJazz offers fab capacity on three continents. To provide world-class customer service, the Company maintains two manufacturing facilities (6” and 8”) in Israel, an 8” fab in the U.S., and has access to additional capacity in China through manufacturing partnerships. |

Technology/ Design Enablement
|
In addition to digital CMOS process technology, TowerJazz offers specialty CMOS processes with geometries ranging from 1.0- to 0.13-micron, including: SiGe, BiCMOS, Mixed-Signal & RF-CMOS, CMOS Image Sensor (CIS), Power Management (BCD), and Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) as well as MEMS capabilities. The Company also offers an industry recognized design enablement infrastructure to provide an environment optimized for analog and RF designs. Unique tools such as Monte Carlo statistical and PCM-based models allow users to maximize the performance-yield tradeoff and provide them with a significant competitive market advantage. |
